Your guide provides driving and safety instructions before leading the way into the snowy surroundings. Previous snowmobiling experience is recommended to help you make the most of the journey.
Two people share each snowmobile, with approximately 3–3.5 hours of driving during the safari. Along the way, take a break to rest, admire the scenery and enjoy an included picnic.
Winter equipment and return transfers from central Rovaniemi to the activity starting point are included. For those who prefer their own snowmobile, single driving is available for an additional €90.

Experience and Age Requirements
This is a longer, more demanding safari, and previous snowmobiling experience is recommended.
All participants must be at least 18 years old.
Driving Requirements
To drive a snowmobile, you must hold a valid driving licence in category A1, T, A or B. Please bring your licence with you.
Driving under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances is prohibited.
Single Driving and Damage Liability
Two people share each snowmobile. A single-driving supplement of €90 allows you to ride a snowmobile on your own.
Your liability for damage to the snowmobile is up to €980 per accident, per snowmobile. This can be reduced to €300 by purchasing a €30 liability waiver per driver, per safari.
Cold Weather, Health and Insurance
At temperatures of −20°C or below, we recommend rescheduling for a more comfortable experience.
Personal travel insurance is recommended. If you are pregnant or have a medical condition that could affect your participation, please consult your doctor before booking.
Booking Information
Please arrive at the confirmed meeting point on time. Missing the meeting time or location means you cannot join the activity, and no refund will be issued.
If the minimum participant number is not reached, Access Lapland reserves the right to combine departure times.
Access Lapland reserves the right to change the price, programme, inclusions or duration due to weather conditions or unexpected circumstances.

The Arctic Snowmobile Adventure includes approximately 3–3.5 hours of driving and more demanding terrain. It is a good choice for adults who want a longer outing focused on snowmobiling, with rest stops and a picnic along the way.
Do I need previous snowmobiling experience?
Previous experience is recommended. Although driving and safety instructions are provided, this safari is more demanding than our shorter experiences. If you are unsure whether it suits you, please contact our team before booking.
